Problem
University of Minnesota's One Stop Student Services financial aid website had low engagement and students were unable to find information that was needed, leading to financial aid mistakes and common questions.
Opportunity
Opportunity lies in finding UX/UI solutions to increase students' confidence when searching for information surrounding financial aid and empowering them throughout the process.
